Playthrough: “He Who Wards Off Wolf” from High Inquisitor Woe!

Celebrating a decade of destruction, Belgian two piece Traditional Doom Metal act High Inquisitor Woe have unveiled a playthrough video for “He Who Wards Off Wolf” as they continue to use Conan the Barbarian and Hunter S. Thompson as their main lyrical influences. Gio Smet Records have no doubt added them to their Christmas card list with the qualities of their bleakly titled October released album “Painted Vision of an Era Forlorn” shining through the darkness…

The band comment: “An instrumental playthrough for the single “He Who Wards Off Wolf” off of our latest album “Painted Vision of an Era Forlorn”. We took some liberties with the bass and drum parts, but the guitars were re-recorded exactly the same way they are on the record, albeit with a slightly different sound. The solo is of course improvised, the way Mathijs usually likes to do it. Enjoy!”
