NEWS: Northvoid confirm that not all that wander are lost!

Forged in North Karelia five years ago, Northvoid are a Finland Metal band with influences in the 90’s Melodic Death Metal sound. A band of brothers with bonds forged in their childhood, they channel the raw and untamed energy of the past and present into their music, inspired by melodic heaviness and groove as well as the harshness of their homeland. A new EP “Ember Remains” is set for 25th April via Inverse Records with first single “Wilderness” a journey into the heart of the cold landscape…

Guitarist and composer Markus Heikkinen comments: “Wilderness is a great example of mixing different genres into our style of music. We start with a faster and more intense tempo and visit the surroundings of a black metal. The middle section takes on a slightly calmer, painterly atmosphere, before returning to the pace of the beginning. The keyboards emphasize the atmosphere throughout the song, gluing it together as a whole.”
