NEWS: Wretched Path sail the seven seas!

Formed in 2020 by a collection of seasoned veterans known for their work in Pestigore, Born of Thorns, Tukkanuotta, and Warmen seeking a return to their Death Metal roots, Wretched Path announced themselves on the scene with a debut album so powerful it was enough to take them to the  legendary Nummirock Festival in 2023. Their sophomore album “Sea of Death” is set for a 26th March release via Inverse Records with the title track serving as the second single.

Vocalist Esa Salminen comments: “The lyrics were inspired by the sound of a submarine sonar heard in the original intro, which took the lyricist’s thoughts to the Baltic Sea in 1945, where several ships were sunk during the final days of the war. These events constitute the greatest loss of life ever recorded at sea. This track is the perfect conclusion to the album.”
