NEWS: Ophiolatry begin the march of death!

After a teaser appeared three weeks ago, making a mockery of any budgetary constraints, Brazilian brutal death metal veterans Ophiolatry have unleashed a music video for single “Death Tour“. It’s the first from a 6th June arriving album titled “Serpent’s Verdict“, to be distributed by  WormHoleDeath Records. Mastered by the legendary Dan Swanö (Insomnium, Maceration, Dark Funeral), each track is described as a brutal, immersive descent into cycles of destruction, revenge and rebirth…

The band comment: “The warrior perished, part of his body bathed in the blood of the unworthy. He doesn’t beg. He doesn’t hesitate. The ancestors whisper his name as his spirit ascends, enveloped in the smoke of rituals. The witches dance around the burning fire, invoking Charon’s presence. The coins reflect in his lifeless eyes, an offering to the boatman. From the depths of Lake Styx. The serpent rises, its coils moving like time itself.
