Interview: Deadlands talk “Seven” with Belgian Jasper!

Throughout the first half of 2025, Deadlands recorded EP “Seven” with collaborators such as Andrew Wade (Wage War, A Day To Remember) Justin “JD” Deblieck (Ice Nine Kills), Dan Sugarman (Ice Nine Kills) Anthony Lopardo (Loss Becomes) and The Pretty Wild. An exploration of the seven deadly sins that also exorcises stress, anxiety, doubt and trauma through a hard-hitting hybrid of magnetic melodies, hammering hooks, immersive production, it looks like it’s going to be a scorcher. Belgian Jasper spoke to vocalist Kasey Karlsen about all of that an then some in this latest interview.
