NEWS: Dephosphorus seek the destroyer of worlds!

A three way split with 7Degrees Records and Nerve Altar distributing the vinyl and Selfmadegod Records the compact disc, “Planetoktonos” by Dephosphorus will be with us on 18th July. If evidence is needed its harrowing centerpiece of a title track, which takes its name from a Greek word coined by the band, roughly translating to “Planetkiller”, now streaming.

Mindfully forged in the furnace of Ignite Studio. (Antimob, Embrace Of Thorns, Chain Cult) and mastered by sonic guru James Plotkin (OLD, Khanate, Conan), it’s adorned by artwork by Graphic No Jutsu (Planet Of Zeus, Nightrage). Largely inspired by The Expanse novel series by James S.A. Corey in which a near-future universe where humanity has colonized the Solar System but faces the unknown consequences of encountering alien intelligence and technology, the promise is of cosmic grindcore and existential vision…
