NEWS: Naraka announce “Born in Darkness” with title track!

Mixed and mastered by Logan Mader (Machine Head, Soulfly, Once Human) a new album “Born in Darkness” from French Groove Metal force Naraka has been announced for 24th October by Art Gates Records. Featuring a guest appearance from Sotiris Anunnaki V from Septicflesh fame on “The Reign In Red” the album explores the destructive path of mankind and the irreversible impact on nature and the world we live in, a reflection of the chaos we’ve been born into. The title track is now playing in music video form.

The band comment: “This artwork represents the darkness present in each one of us, but the devil on the main cover is more of a metaphor for the madness that surrounds us, the madness of what this world has become. It represents, today in 2025, being born into a world doomed to agony and destruction, being born in darkness. This album is a step forward in Naraka’s sound. It retains the ingredients of the previous album while bringing in much more melody and melancholy, which are very present in certain tracks. This combination will certainly be kept and even pushed further in the band’s future.”
