NEWS: Æl-Fierlen begin the dance macabre!

Celebrating the arrival of their debut record “All Is Far Away“, Folk infused Post-Black Metal quartet Æl-Fierlen have chosen “Ællmiht” for the full music video treatment. Some claim the hills are alive with the sound of music, others that the hills have eyes. We’re convinced that Æl-Fierlen are soothing the savage beast that lurks in the enchanted forest with their cryptic writings.

The band comment: “While this is the final track on our debut album, the lyrics to Ællmiht were written after one of the band’s earliest meetings, which fittingly took place within the woods, during our initial formation. The second half of the song echoes the mood of staying in the forest until no light remains, and serves as the climax of the album as a whole. Sometimes when lost in the woods after dark, it is your own thoughts that strike the most fear.”
