NEWS: Enthroned find comfort in reincarnation?
More than three decades after they first crawled out of the Belgian underground Black Metal scene, the enduring legacy, uncompromising vision and ritualistic intensity of Enthroned remains. Six years after their last recorded confession, an album written in collaboration with occult author Gilles de Laval and dubbed “Ashspawn” is upon the horizon. Said to chart a descent into spiritual death and a transformative rebirth, framed by a lyrical architecture of demonology, ritual praxis, and metaphysical calculus, it is set for a 5th December arrival via Season Of Mist. Personal, ferocious and convulsing between violent catharsis and crushing introspection, they have chosen “Raviasamin” is the first burnt offering. Pre-orders are available over at bandcamp.
