NEWS: Profane Elegy turn to ash…

The waterfall release of singles from Black Metal visionaries Profane Elegy has continued with “As My Heart Turns to Ash” leaving us to wonder just how many will be left by the time their sophomore album “Herezjarcha” arrives on 30th January. A Doom laden affair that explores themes of emotional detachment with mournful melodies, this one has to rank as the bands most introspective and vulnerable moment. Mastered by Kevin Antreassian (What Weapons Bring War, No One Knows What the Dead Think, The Dillinger Escape Plan) at Backroom Studios the  bleak intensity with philosophical weight continues.
