NEWS: Fallstaf share their ode to the dead…

Produced, mixed, mastered and in part written by Kevin Jardine (Slaves On Dope, Chüzo), a first album in fourteen years from Montreal Brass Metal pioneers Fallstaf titled “Ode To The Dead” will be heading our way on 14th November. The follow up to 2011’s “Bastard Son of a Pure Breed”, which saw the band create a signature style by adding a trombone to groove orientated Progressive Metal, is the result of years of recovery and reflection after in 20216 frontman IANN suffered a near fatal accident that lead to the bands dissolution. “Ode to the Dead” is the first taste of what the band now have to offer, the promise of a record that is a melting pot of Sludge, Thrash and Hardcore and a powerful, autobiographical journey through survival, grief and rebirth awaits.
