NEWS: Oathbound are “Searching For An Answer”!

A post-apocalyptic music video for single “Searching For An Answer” directed by Brandon Hartsock and filmed on location at Oregon Dunes National Park in Reedsport Oregon has surfaced from Seattle Progressive Metalcore band Oathbound. Mixed and mastered by Aaron Chaparian (As I Lay Dying, Bleeding Through, Chimaira) at Iron Audio, it’s the first from an album titled “Colors In Grey” which will be released on 6th March via Eclipse Records.

Guitarist Taylor Harper: “From the very beginning, we knew that Searching for an Answer would be one of the singles on this album and that we wanted to release a story-driven video for it. The song resonated with us because everyone experiences moments of hopelessness – and what could feel more hopeless than total isolation in a lifeless desert? The visual style was inspired by the Dune film series and the Fallout franchise, which helped shape the desolate, immersive world we aimed to create.”
