NEWS: Bloody Falls warn of a hot summer!

Conjoined to artwork by Jesus Lhysta (Worm Shepherd, Warside, Skulldozer) a new album from Finnish Melodic Death Metal act Bloody Falls is on the horizon for a summer release via Art Gate Records. Slated for a 5th June appearance the record is simply titled “IV“, being their fourth record and was mixed and mastered by Max Morton (Arch Enemy, Ignea, Inner Missing). While there is no first glimpse at the follow up to 2024’s “Amartia” as yet, the band have shared a track listing, cover artwork and a few interesting quotes which seem to indicate a concept or at least a central theme…

The band comment: “The artwork of IV represents the devil rising the four horsemen bringing the apocalypse. It is inspired by the main topic of the album being The Four, as in the song, which is the fourth song in our fourth album, that’s why the album is also called IV.”

“This is by far the most aggressive album we have made, it is relentless, groovy, melodic and doesn’t let up at all at any moment. It wasn’t intentionally meant to be so attack focused, but once the first riffs started being formed the rest followed naturally with the flow. This is definitely a tighter unit as whole compared to our past releases. In the past you’d have some slow riffs, some more melodic parts coming in, some more experimenting in general. This time around you’ll get that (minus any slow songs) but way better executed and more focused in general music writing wise. IV is our best work with ease as an overall album.”
