NEWS: Revocation search the corpses…

While celebrating their 20th anniversary with a North American and Canadian tour, Technical death metal architects Revocation have shared a music video for “Data Corpse” from their current album “New Gods New Masters“. The band promise that the track will also be making its love debut during the shows with Defeated Sanity, Fuming Mouth and Weeping so watch out for that.

Vocalist and guitarist Dave Davidson, “’Data Corpse‘ is about social media companies constantly scouring our personal lives for profit. We unwittingly give up more and more of ourselves every year just to be sold a shinier pair of shoes, all until what’s left of our private lives is picked to the bone. For the video, we once again worked with the incredible team at MyGoodEye. My transformation into a mutant cyborg was influenced by a lot of the imagery that originated in classic cyberpunk films like Tetsuo and Akira. Enjoy the dystopian grotesqueries.”
