NEWS: Caerrian are bound for “Fathomless Ruin”!

After the dissolution of Warrborn, a long running project that previously featured guitarists Ken Rothe and Justin Gordon, Progressive Melodic Death Metal band Caerrian was born in Vancouver. Their debut EP is slated for a spring release having been recorded and mixed by Matt Roach (Synapse, Victory Denied, Liminal Shroud) at Rain City Recorders and so they’ve unveiled “Fathomless Ruin” as a first listen ahead of a couple of upcoming shows. Sweeping, cinematic and steeped in Viking‑inspired atmosphere…

Lead guitarist and primary songwriter Ken Rothe comments: “We wanted to launch this project, and ‘Fathomless Ruin’ was the obvious pick. It’s a song with a moral. Set out to rape, pillage, and kill, face your demise, and if you live, expect to be alone with no one, no glory, only sorrow”
