NEWS: Splendidula collaborate with Tim Yatras!

Featuring a guest vocal appearance from Tim Yatras (Austere, Germ), the title track of the new Splendidula album “Absentia” has surfaced in music video form as the third single. The bands fourth studio record drops on 3rd April via Argonauta Records, blending atmospheric Black Metal and suffocating Doom with Aaron Stainthorpe (My Dying Bride, High Parasite) so making a contribution.

Their fourth album opens a new chapter in the  history of Splendidula. Written in the aftermath of the loss of several loved ones, including bassist Peter Chromiak in 2022, “Absentia” is shaped by themes of grief, depression and loss.

Splendidula merges black metal and doom with fragile atmospheric passages, drenched in grief and desolation.
