NEWS: Thorgrim suffer cuts and bruises?

Offering a powerful introduction to their upcoming album “Puca” and its bleak and visceral atmosphere, Wisconsin Doom Punk trio Thorgrim channel crushing riffs with a primal sense of urgency in “Children Of Doom“. A raw fusion of Doom, Sludge and Punk, enriched with dark and abrasive textures that rejects overproduction in favour of immediacy and emotional weight is expected from the record which is set to drop on 24th April via Octopus Rising.

The band comment: “This album called Puca is about the pain and torment that shapes us all in life. It is recorded at Fox River Studio and Hinnendal Studios in Green Bay, Wisconsin in June and August 2025. It is recorded raw and live with no metronome, and no tricks. Thorgrim feels the need to record music as it is played live, mistakes, cuts and bruises. It is all laid out for all to bare.”
