NEWS: Horizon of Aeons pay tribute to Agents!

Finnish Gothic Dark Metal band Horizon of Aeons who feature in their ranks musicians known for their roles in Fall of the Leafe, Ablaze in Hatred, Searing Meadow, Mormânt De Snagov, Leaflet and Jackie’s Land have unveiled a new single ‘Yksi Ainoa Ikkuna‘ (or “One Single Window“) in tribute to Finnish rautalanka music band Agents. It’s the band a first new music since the release of their album “Timeless Forms of Desolation” via Inverse Records at the end of May.

The band comments: “ ‘Yksi Ainoa Ikkuna’ is our tribute to Agents – a band whose influence reaches far beyond the borders of Finnish “rautalanka music”. A few of us in Horizon of Aeons have a guilty pleasure for this type of music, and Agents’ interpretation of this song stands as one of the genre’s most unforgettable moments. Even though the song’s roots reach further back than Agents, this is our way of honoring the Agents sound and celebrating a piece of Finnish musical heritage that has quietly inspired us over the years.”
