NEWS: Hautajaisyö unleash an old nightmare!

Remix? Remaster? Re-record? That is not the way of Finnish Death Thrash overlords Hautajaisyö (or “Funeral Night“). Well not yet at least. The band have reached a decade of destruction and so to celebrate they have re-released their 2015 debut EP  “Uneenkuiskaajat” (or “Dreamwhisperer“) complete with two bonus tracks via Inverse Records. That is available immediately on all platforms including bandcamp.

Curiously that is not the bands only planned release for 2024 with a new EP “En Murru En Taivu” (or “I Don’t Break I Don’t Bend“) slated for the end of the year, upon which the band will re-record three songs from their October 2015 released self titled album alongside one song from the demo sessions. It is hoped these releases should tide listeners over until the band’s forthcoming fifth album, which they are currently composing…
