Progressive Tech-Metal pioneers Periphery will come for tour upon our shores in November with Plini and Astronoid in tow. The shows are in support of their new album “Hail Stan” so they’ve given “Chvrch Bvrner”, the full music video treatment and as you might expect, it’s just a little bit weird.
Hessan Germany’s Unprocessed have a reputation as being a live favourite. Their Progressive Tech-Metal sound has been a soundtrack since 2014 and with this, their second album for SPV imprint label Long Branch Records, it’s time for the quintet to step up once more to a new level as they did with previous outing “Convenant”.
When you’ve got a trio of guitarists in your band, who decides which player plays which part to make up the sound of the song? Periphery have chosen Matt Holcomb to record this playthrough of “It’s Only Smiles” from the comfort of a sofa which no doubt has been a practice space for a while.
Singer songwriter Christina Rotondo has re-imagined in fine acoustic form “It’s Only Smiles” from Periphery! The Nottinghamshire based musician is also in Adelyn who were formerly know as DAY before another artist claimed ownership. Periphery themselves will be upon our shores with Plini in November, brining cuts from their new album “Hail Stan”.
Naming their band after the homonymous Akkadian God of War and Plague, Birmingham Alabama natives Erra released their third album “Drift” in 2016 via Sumerian Records.
