Exclusive Interview: Veridian talk “Pavement”!

Reading Alternative Rockers Veridian, fresh from a pair of November dates with Palmist and of course the “The Night Of The Living Dred” support slot for Skindred, have shared a follow up to recent single “Halo” in the form of “Pavement”. As they have new music on the way, we took a few moments to talk to them about this latest offering…

Bassist Jonny Slevin comments: “The song’s meaning is pretty accurately shown in the video! Simon has woken up in the middle of a road not really sure how he got there, then we can be seen having a few drinks in our local and then taking it too far as the night goes on. It might annoy the people around you but in the moment you just don’t think about it! This of course isn’t from any personal experiences of ours…. *winky face*

Working with Simon Stolland was great, yet again. He always pushes us out of our comfort zone and although at the time it may not seem like the right way to go it always turns out incredibly well, and this last video is no exception to that, it’s probably my favourite video we’ve done so far! You can find the video on YouTube via Dreambound’s channel and the single is out now on all major platforms, please follow us on Spotify as we will be releasing more music in January

That new music would be in the form of a brand new EP entitled “NoVella” which is slated for a 17th January appearance and is available for pre-order here.
