After last months guitar playthrough for “The Maw” from New Jersey Technical Death Metal heavyweights Cognitive, it’s only right and fair that the drummer gets a playthrough video of his own seeing as nobody takes pictures of the drummer, right? So here’s ones from AJ Viana who just so happened to record and mix “Malevolent Thoughts of a Hastened Extinction” before it was mastered by Grammy award-winning mastering engineer Alan Douches at West West Side Music (Converge, Dillinger Escape Plan, Mastodon).
