NEWS: Atarka channel Arnold Schwarzenegger for “Barbarian”!

Cometh the hour cometh the man and in the case of imposing Birmingham Melodic Death Metal bruisers Atarka that man is none other than their hero Björn “Speed” Strid of Soilwork. He has lent his throat to a ferocious new cut from the band in “Barbarian” which marks the first from a new EP titled “The Mountain” set for release on 14th April in follow up to 2020’s “Sleeping Giant“.

The band remark: “‘The Mountain’ represents the deluge of seemingly unconquerable challenges that we as people are faced with (and overcome) in life. Many major world events transpired during the writing of the record, and it also exists in some ways as a reflection of that. It’s more evolved than our past work but still contains the core of the sound that we set out on our debut.”
