NEWS: Break Fifty return with a Familiar Face…

After an extended period of radio silence following EP “Unnerved” in 2021, the return of Nu-Metal enthusiasts Break Fifty with a new line up and a new single from out of nowhere is an intriguing one. The band, who chalked up 150k of Spotify streams alone for during their initial run, have given up a catastrophic new single called ‘A Familiar Face (Of Someone I Never Knew)’. Not for the faint hearted, it’s an unyielding visceral assault on the senses…

Vocalist Angus Roberton comments: “A Familiar Face (Of Someone I Never Knew) is an expression of childhood trauma. The main focus in lyrics within this song quotes “the end of eternal youth”, This can be taken as upon the instance of trauma it can often feel as if your youth has been stripped away and all joy of childhood has been tarnished.”
