NEWS: Reading Rising Festival announces FORTH wave of bands for November!

Just another manic Monday? Wish it were Sunday? Not a bit of it. While we don’t encourage wishing your life away, it would be pretty damn cool if it was Saturday 18th November already. Then we could head over to The Facebar in Reading and witness 12 bands spread over 2 stages with 0 clashes whilst drowning our sorrows in a few cold beers. That’s Reading Rising IV, the hottest ticket in town and if 8 hours of wall to wall riffs wasn’t enough for you, there even an after party DJ set from Our Fate guitarist Finn Panhaleux running until 2am! Here’s the line up so far…

So who are the new additions? Last month a band who could be accused of cultural misappropriation in Reading Alternative Rock outfit Weller whose single “Irritated” has a distinct air of Progressive Metalcore about it, shared their heaviest track to date on “Divine intervention” which was produced by Meyrick de la Fuente of Exist Immortal. Ah what’s in a genre tag?!

Then you have Metal Punk favourites The Freudian Session who have been in fantastic company since the release of last year’s “The Breaking Point“, sharing stages with Mondo Generator, Cancer Bats and Sham 69 and playing iconic venues like Camden Underworld…
