NEWS: Contrarian return to 2017’s “To Perceive Is To Suffer”!

Having given us the gift of their demos and oddities from the 1995 To 1999 era back in the summer, Rochester New Yorkers Contrarian have announced a remixed and remastered edition of 2017’s “To Perceive Is To Suffer” on the way. That reunites the team behind the bands March released fifth album “Sage of Shekhinah” from the Progressive Technical Death Metal masters with Neil Kernon (Jeff Loomis, Cradle Of Filth, Nile) mixing and Alan Douches (Greg Puciato, Hath, Converge) mastering. While there is no date other than “early 2024” the band have offered a 60 second sample and mentioned that vinyl will be available…
