NEWS: Oceans of Slumber unveil “Poem of Fire”!

Having announced that in the month of May 2024 they will be opening for New Years Day and Lacuna Coil on the “Ignite The Fire” tour a teaser for an upcoming unnamed and undated album from Houston Progressive Metal band Oceans of Slumber was the last ting we expected. However they have given us “Poem of Fire“, suggesting that the era of “Starlight And Ash” maybe coming to an end sooner than we think…

Drummer and pianist Dobber Beverly: “For those of you who have enjoyed our interludes and piano music over the years, we have released a new piece that combines multiple themes from our new record. “Poem of Fire”. The piano has become my confidant. The place I can take my woes, my days; the tragedies of the world around me. A much needed place for my mind to set itself free. I was challenged by a friend to write more piano music and showcase my moderate piano skills for all of the Internet video world to consume. So I did. This piece is based around the themes of the new Oceans of Slumber record and it was a lot of fun to write and make. Check it out and share it with your friends!”
