NEWS: Smoke Mountain take the blessed Hell Ride!

Celebrated Doom Metal trio Smoke Mountain who hail from Tallahassee Florida have set a date of 28th March 2025 for Argonauta Records to distribute their sophomore album “The Rider“. Comprising five new compositions alongside three remastered ones that made up their 2017 self titled debut EP the album is said to remain true to the band’s doom roots, showcasing their signature blend of occult themes, heavy grooves and evocative lyrics. “Hell or Paradise” has been hand selected for the full music video treatment.

The band comment: “Hell or Paradise is a solid representation of where the band is headed, both lyrically and musically. The song explores the juxtaposition between good and evil and the fine line that often separates the two.

The Rider combines elements of the past, present, and future of Smoke Mountain. In addition to featuring the three songs from our debut EP, The Rider contains five powerful new tracks that provide a glimpse into the direction the band is heading. We’re very happy with the final product.”
