NEWS: Echoes of the Extinct speak of Judgement Day?

Continuing their trend of issuing a warning shot of the shape of punk to come, Inverse Records have announced there is a debut full length album on the way from Jyväskylä Finland based Melodic Death Metal collective Echoes of the Extinct. While that remains as yet unnamed, undated and without any cover artwork to display, a cut titled “Last Page” arrived in accompaniment. Inspired by Groove Death with some Progressive Metal elements and a spoken word, the message is clear. Humanity’s selfish and ignorant choices have sown the seeds of ecological catastrophe and total annihilation. The extinction is of our own making…
