NEWS: Confessions Of A Traitor share cathartic new single “Noble Bloom”!

Produced by the band and Justin Hill (SikTh, Heart Of A Coward, The Five Hundred) and mixed by Lance Prenc (Alpha Wolf, Polaris, Void Of Vision), new album “This Pain Will Serve You” will arrive via Facedown Records on 16th May courtesy of London Metalcore merchants Confessions Of A Traitor. Ahead of that the band have shared a fifth advanced single from eleven cuts to make the grade in “Noble Bloom“. It’s conjoined to a music video directed by vocalist Stephen MacConville that was filmed and edited by TheCityIsOurs frontman Oli Duncanson, who themselves are celebrating a decade together in 2025.

Guitarist Jack Darnell comments: “This song is about being forced to move through the stages of grief far too quickly, starting with overwhelming anger, then realising just how limited your time together truly is. Eventually, you’re left with no choice but to accept the immutable truth. For those who are going through, or have been through, something as life-changing as a terminal illness: the pain never fully goes away. But over time, the space around it grows. It does get easier — I promise

The band add: “This record is a heartfelt tribute to those who have experienced profound loss — to those who continue to grieve the ones they love. It stands as a testament to the resilience of the human spirit, inviting listeners to find comfort and solidarity in faith, hope, and the shared experience of grief. We grow from trauma — we let it serve us.”
