NEWS: Iron Mind strike two with “Test Of The Iron Mind” single!

After announcing their third album “Test Of The Iron Mind” would be distributed by Flatspot Records on 13th June with single “Solitary Realm“, Australian Hardcore crew Iron Mind have now offered up the title track. Produced by Otis Bennie (AWOL, Blinded, Peace Ritual), recorded by Sam Johnston at The Black Lodge and mixed by Taylor Young (Nails, Drain, Full Of Hell) at The Pit, the record is the culmination of two decades of dedication to craft and sonic fury. Vocalist Sam Octigan shares: “The eponymous track of the record sums up who and what Iron Mind is. ‘Test Of The Iron Mind’ became the record title early on in the process, as a nod to our history but looking at the topic with contemporary eyes. The song and title goes back to our 2008 track ‘The Iron Mind,’ that has become a live show staple for us. The ‘test’ in ‘Test Of The Iron Mind’ is us looking back on those original lyrics from 2008 and reflecting that the challenges don’t get easier, but with experience we can develop better tools.”
