NEWS: Korypheus announce sophomore album “Gilgamesh”!

M-Theory Audio have announced the signing of Kyiv Ukraine based DJent fuelled Progressive Metal band Korypheus an act whose name in Greek means the conductor of the choir or one who excels in their art. Their partnership will see the arrival of a sophomore album from the group in “Gilgamesh” on 18th September with a limited edition of 300 copies on Solar Wreath colored vinyl,  compact disc and of course digitally. The first single is “Icarus” which was independently released in 2023 alongside a music video. Pre-orders are available over at bandcamp.

“’Icarus’ is our first single from the album. It is a song twisting ancient myth into a new tale about futility and courage. It was shot in pre-war times but one can eel the grim atmosphere of what was coming. It was a premonition. The song was recorded at Revet Sound Studio. The video was directed by Maxim Lavrinchuk.”
