Taking on the dangers of blind obedience and abandoning your conscience to follow a demagogue without question, “Abide Your Master” is the first single from a new album in “The Hidden Realm” by Swedish Metal heads Stygian Fair. Heavy, urgent and unflinching, it asks what happens when we stop thinking for ourselves… and start worshipping the very force that’s leading us over the edge. The album is said to go on to explore themes from political collapse and mass delusion to natural disaster, ancient mysteries and inner reckoning, all of which set a dark tone for the 11th July arrival via Rockshots Records.
