Documentary: In the studio with After Earth!

Edited by Anton Vehkaperä, Swedish Melodic Death Metal maestro’s After Earth have shared a making of documentary for an as yet unnamed and undated new album. Sessions took place at Obsidian Recording Studios with Rob Marcko (Carnosus, Dimmu Borgir, Obscura) as the band follow up 2023’s well received “The Rarity of Reason“.

The band comment: “We spent 3 weeks at ‪Obsidian Recording Studios‬ together with the talented Rob Marcko, the result of which will be a massive album of almost an hour of honest-to-goodness Swedish melodic death metal. 

Take part of our journey to see how the metaphoric sausage is made, and you’ll even get glimpses of the upcoming music months ahead of time. The album is slated for release Autumn 2025.”
