NEWS: Orthodox premier “One Less Body” music video!

Celebrating the arrival of their incredible new album “A Door Left Open” via Century Media, Nashville Tennessee Metallic Hardcore crew Orthodox have shared a fifth single in music video form. Joined for a guest vocal appearance by Brann Dailor of Mastodon fame, “One Less Body” is the cut of choice, a standout from the record not only because it’s an impressive song but also because it’s significantly different to anything Orthodox have turned their collective hands to before. It seems producer Randy LeBoeuf (Jesus Piece, Kublai Khan TX, Dying Wish) pushed the five piece outside of their comfort zone and it paid off in spades.

Drummer Mike White comments: “This track is definitely the odd ball on the record. Most of it was written in the studio and effectively executed with guidance of Randy [LeBoeuf, producer]. Lots of “What if?” riffs tossed around for this one—no rules. Brann’s vocals expand on that by adding a powerful yet atmospheric bridge unlike anything Orthodox has done before.”
