NEWS: Kaksonen search in the space between a blink and a tear?

It might be a little while away but Finnish Metal act Kaksonen have shared a second single from their 17th October via Inverse Records releasing sophomore album “Valo-olento“. Titled “Ikuinen” (or “Eternal“) it is said to represent the lighter side of the record and is a song about finding one’s place in the endless cycle that spans throughout space and time. It’s based on the notion that our lives are a glimpse somewhere between the Big Bang and entropy and therefore accepting your place in the cosmic scale helps find peace of mind, balance and stability. As such, it doesn’t matter whether you believe in metempsychosis, reincarnation or anything else; what matters is that you are aware of your own position and impact on the world around you. Pre-orders are available over at bandcamp.
