NEWS: Stellvris wait for the calm before the storm?
Produced, mixed and mastered by Christoph Wieczorek (Annisokay, Caskets) at Sawdust Recordings, a visceral punch, confronting the rising aggression in society and channeling it into a cathartic, high-voltage experience has been created by Czech Republic Metal quartet Stellvris in “Silence After Violence“. The track is the latest extract from their 7th November arrival “Shatter And Bloom“, an EP that explores destruction, rebirth and the emotional chaos of modern life. It includes a metal reimagining of “Starships” by Nicki Minaj as the four piece continue to push the boundaries of Progressive Metalcore with elements of Pop and Nu-Metal.
Vocalist Nicol Hofman comments: “We see violence and frustration creeping into younger generations, and it’s terrifying. This song is a wake-up call – a cry for awareness and action. Our lyrics come from personal experiences and stories our fans share with us. We want people to feel seen, heard, and stronger after listening. It’s never just about the sound. It’s about creating a safe space where pain turns into resilience, and where the silence after violence is shattered by music”
