NEWS: Atavistia announce “The Winter Way (Reforged)”!

Vancouver, Canadian Symphonic Melodic Death Metal storytellers Atavistia have announced their return with “The Winter Way (Reforged)“, a magnificent re-recording of their 2020 album on 12th December via Blood Blast Distribution. Intended to be a powerful introduction to the bands new songwriting, performance and production capabilities “The Atavistic Forest (Reforged)” has been reworked more than any other song on the album. The band also revised the song’s lyrics for clarity and thematic consistency, demonstrating an exacting attention to detail that showcases the care they put into each release.

Mattias Sippola comments, “For the first time in my life, I’m happy with this album. It took quite the toll on my mental health releasing it when we did but there’s no reason to dwell anymore. It is the way it should’ve been!”
