Continuing their prolific journey, hot on the heels of “Anthem Of Terror“, International Metal trio Veil Of The Serpent have returned with “Black Sun“. Moving away from their murderous thriller like story lines, the new track is a sprawling and visceral journey into cosmic darkness, blending the band’s trademark heaviness with an almost cinematic sense of scale and atmosphere.

Drummer Felix, who also penned the lyrics, shares: “Basically, Black Sun is about a space crew reluctantly drawn toward a black hole, resisting its gravitational pull and refusing to surrender even as the void consumes everything around them. But at the same time, it’s also a metaphor for strength – about confronting the unknown, drifting beyond the edge of everything familiar, and refusing to let the darkness consume you. Even when life drags us into the deepest shadows, we can still ignite the fire within and keep burning.”
