NEWS: From Ashes Reborn divide and conquer!

Eight long years after their well received debut album “Existence Exiled“, German Melodic Death Metal maestro’s From Ashes Reborn have been resurrected from hiatus. What made that album so good was that they had interwoven into its fabric moments of Technical Death and Black Metal in formulating their sound, something which they have continued with for their sophomore album “Chasing Utopia“. As if to demonstrate that the band have selected “In Truth Divided” as the second single with pre-orders for the 6th March release available over at bandcamp.

The band comment: “‘In Truth Divided’ tells of the disintegration of shared reality – when convictions become walls and truth becomes a weapon.

The song shows how easily people take refuge in certainty and lose understanding in the process. Musically aggressive and melancholic at the same time, it builds bridges between anger and insight.

A piece about division, self-deception – and the courage to seek one’s own truth nonetheless.”
