NEWS: Head Cloud suffer the syndrome?

Written in just two recording sessions EP “Complex Dreams” from Head Cloud is said to explore themes of loss, loneliness and regeneration. An emotional rollercoaster ride influenced by 2000’s Nu-Metal, Post-Hardcore, 90’s Grunge and Shoegaze, that will be out on 15th January with first single “Imposter” out now. The East Midlands natives have already shared stages with Split Chain and Mouth Culture this year and have a few more where that came from.

The band comment: “Imposter explores imposter syndrome, self-doubt and the feeling that you’re not good enough to be where you are. At its centre is the question of whether you can stop hiding behind the version of yourself you think you’re supposed to be. It was the first song where we experimented heavily with shouted and screamed backing vocals, using them to intensify the frustration and anxiety behind the lyrics.”
