NEWS: King Kraken watch the shadows!

A dark and unnerving tale of getting lost in the woods only to be met by malevolence and evil wrongdoing “Shadows Fall” marks the third single of 2026 from Welsh Metal quartet King Kraken.  Recorded at Longwave studios in Cardiff it is one to be engineered, mixed and mastered by Romesh Dodangoda (Bring Me The Horizon, Funeral For A Friend, Nova Twins).

The band comment: “‘Shadows Fall’ was inspired by the popular ‘found footage’ horror genre, mainly ‘The Blair Witch Project’. The idea for this track was to flip the melodic structure by having more melody in the verses and a gritty aggressive chorus. Like a journey where everything starts fine but the deeper you go the darker it gets. Coming straight out the gate with a catchy riff this doesn’t let up for a second. It grabs you by the neck and drags you around as opposed to holding your hand”
