NEWS: Woundstripe return from Mars?

Having ensured the band rose to prominence with 2023 EP “Primis“, last year saw vocalist Jalmari Salmela exit stage left from Finnish Heavy Metal act Woundstripe. There isn’t a better way to announce a replacement than with a new single and the band have offered up “Alien” via Inverse Records to showcase the talents of their new frontman Aleksi “Allu” Parviainen. Oh and what’s a Woundstripe? It’s a distinction of dress bestowed on soldiers wounded in combat.
