After releasing not one but two albums in 2024 it might come as no surprise that Finnish Blackened Melodic Death Thrash duo Gates Open have taken a slower pace since. Founded in early 2023 by guitarist Jere Neejärvi and vocalist Tommi Manninen, who were part of Down into Silence back in 2007, the pair have issued “The Black Scorpion” as just their second single since.
