NEWS: Fimir feel the pain!

Following their critically acclaimed 2021 debut “Tomb Of God” the descent into the depths of crushing doom, occult darkness and cosmic horror has begun once again for Fimir. Combining monumental riffs, haunting atmospheres and a fascination with Lovecraftian horror, the Finnish Doom Metal collective have announced a 20th November via Argonauta Records for “Cosmic Heavy Doom” with “Pain of the World” as the first single.

The band comments: “In this crumbling era and the weight of human suffering, we are still nothing but a flicker in the vast cosmic expanse. ‘Pain of the World’ is the first single from our upcoming album and it is a stark reminder that while our structures may falter and our spirits may break, the universe remains indifferent, eternal, and unrelenting. The track features a guest appearance by world-renowned bandoneon artist Henrik Sandås, whose virtuoso performance creates an unique atmosphere for the song.
