NEWS: August Burns Red to release Remixed/Remastered version of “Messengers”!

Following the successful “Messengers” 10th Anniversary Tour, August Burns Red have announced they are going to be releasing a remixed and remastered version of the album on January 26th. The first tease from it is “Composure”, which on first listen has a cleaner sound with more space between the elements and some parts taken out (polyrhythmic splash hits?). It seems to be a controversial move given that “Messengers” is such a great album and was never one that was hamstrung by a poor mix in the first place…
