NEWS: Post Pulse have blue blood?

31st May will see the arrival of “Return To The Halls” from Helsinki Finland based Death Metal act Post Pulse via Inverse Records. Featuring in their ranks members and former members of Shining, The Man-Eating Tree and Hung they have created for themselves a sound that marries American and Finnish Death metal styles. Rhythm-heavy and aggressive, the new record has been preceded by single “My Hate Runs Blood Red“. Pre-orders are available over at bandcamp.

The band comment: “The album’s cover is the creation of photographer Tuuli Heinonen and her team. Their task was to create a series of sample photographs which they felt represent the true essence of ‘Return to the Halls’.

The sample photographs were amazing, and the band fell in love with a particular image of model Mirjam Hokkanen. The decision to use the sample image was unanimous, and what you see today is an impactful piece of photographic art that Post Pulse are proud to have represent ‘Return to the Halls’.”
