NEWS: Crown of Madness dance in the rain like ash!
Having announced their signing with Transcending Obscurity Records for a debut full length album titled “Memories Fragmented“, Canadian Dissonant Death Metal band Crown of Madness have shared a second single from it in “Ashes of Mine“. A 28th February release date is pencilled in for that with Erskine Designs creating colourful artwork that leaves behind their previous black and white offerings. There is also a guest appearance on the record from Ben Towles of Greylotus fame. Pre-orders are available over at bandcamp
The band comment: “Our goal is to share emotionally driven death metal to those in need. We are stoked to release our debut LP on Transcending Obscurity alongside an amazing roster of bands. We are proud to have produced, recorded and mixed this album. Thank you to Stu McKillop at Raincity Recorders for the mastering. Thank you to Kunal and everyone at Transcending Obscurity for allowing us to reach farther and push our goals.”
The label comment: “We’re pleased to have yet another band from Canada, Crown of Madness, join our ranks. I’ve been keeping my eye on them but they’ve taken things to a whole new level on their new full length. It’s dissonant but also strangely atmospheric and melancholic. Their intriguing, forward-thinking death metal expression fits our vision well and we can’t wait to unleash this release”
