Review: “Neurosis” by Ricin

Taking their name from a poison found naturally occurring in castor beans and obtained from the pressed seeds of the castor oil plant, the effects of Ricin can be devastating. Inhaled, Ricin causes fever, chest tightening, a cough and severe respiratory problems, including fluid buildup in the lungs. Ingested, it causes intestinal bleeding and organ damage.

Thanks the Recording, Mixing and Mastering talents of Josh Lopez at Widowmaker Studios, McAllen Texas Downtempo Deathcore collective Ricin have dropped a savage piece of work in EP “Neurosis” upon our doorstep, or as they put it “Mean“. Eagle Eye Visions have made them look nasty in this video for single “Red Crown” as well.
