Throwback: “Suffocate” by First Blood!

Back in 2006 a Hardcore band broke out of San Francisco with an album entitled “Killafornia” via Trustkill Records fronted by Carl Schwartz with numerous references and samples from the 1982 first chapter of the Rambo franchise. That band is First Blood. Something like 26 musicians have performed in the band since they started out in 2002, a trio of albums, an EP and a split appearing over that time, Schwartz being the only ever present focal point. The first song they ever wrote goes by the name “Suffocate” and as the band have rarely done a music video, here it is from Impericon Festival III in full pro-shot technicolor glory in 2013…
